The other day I was talking to a friend about how I don't really own any "bum" clothes. I once invested in a really nice Juicy Couture tracksuit, mind you it took me forever to find one that I really liked, and I only remember wearing it about two times during winter. It's just not my thing. A casual, laid-back outfit for me would be something like the one pictured above: a basic t-shirt with some sort of funky trousers and complete with lots of accessories.

I'd love to know: what is your idea of "bum" or laid-back/wear-at-home clothing?

P.S. I went to the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) yesterday with one of my good friends, Kevin, and had the best time! We decided not to go on any of the rides because we ate a lot of food and didn't want to get sick, but played a bunch of other games and went to the casino. If you haven't been yet this summer, I suggest you go! It lasts a total of 13 days and September 3 will be the last night.

Lately I've been reading fashion magazines religiously, trying to get inspired for fall looks. One thing I keep noticing is that colour won't be going away that easy! Of course, this makes me happy since everything I have in my wardrobe from spring/summer is some sort of bright shade.

You may have seen these aqua-teal coloured jeans on my blog before, I've featured them with a lace top here, and I also did a post about them on Chictopia a few months ago. I love trying to pair a bright or pastel colour with different patterns. This look was my favourite out of many that I tried, so I thought I'd share!

I got these flats from Burlington Coat Factory when I was in Phoenix, Arizona. They have been giving me some problems as I'm still trying to break into them, but they're incredibly cute so it doesn't matter, right?

P.S. I got a haircut. My hair was so fried from the ends that I just had to get rid of it. I'm absolutely loving the medium-length look these days!
