Let’s be real here. No one likes to be stuck in traffic, especially when you’re in a rush to get from one part of the city to another. What’s your trick to staying calm in situations like this?

James and I always have a playlist prepared for traffic jams. It consists of songs, both old and new, that we can blast and sing along as we try to get through the gridlock. We used to make CDs, themed around a road trip or occasion, back when that was a thing to do. After that started to dwindle, we began to rely on the radio a lot but thats can get boring really fast. Fortunately, we now have streaming apps like 8Tracks to make our lives easier!

Review of Pantene Expert Intense Colorcare Shampoo + Conditioner

Confession time! I get my hair coloured every 2-3 months and have been doing this for MANY years. For a while I was really into ombre and shared my experience of getting it done back in 2014, then I went lighter this past fall with caramel and blonde highlights. Recently I've decided to go darker and have slowly been making the change to red/burgundy.

Colouring your hair, especially as often as I do, can really damage your roots, dry your ends and cause breakage. To prevent these things from happening, I always look for hair products that will constantly nourish my hair from colour and heat, but also help to keep my colour from going brassy or fading. A few weeks ago I began using Pantene Expert Shampoo and Conditioner in Intense Colorcare, and have been loving the results!
