Joker Halloween Makeup Tutorial

Happy Halloween, friends!

It is a bit surprising that I haven't done a Halloween-themed makeup tutorial before, especially since James and I love celebrating it. I guess there is a first time for everything! I dressed up as the iconic Joker character; it's been on my mind for a few years and turned out to be more easier than I expected. I didn't want to look insanely scary or *ugly*, so I spiced it up with a smokey eye and pretty lips.
